Returns and Refund Policy

At Fesoli, we want you to shop with joy and confidence. We understand that sometimes an item doesn't quite fit or doesn't meet your expectations. That's why we make returns as easy as possible.

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Please make sure items are returned unused, in their original condition, and in their complete original packaging.

There are no restocking fees. To start a return, please send an email with your order number to info@fesoli.com.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using insured or tracked shipping so your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges are available upon request. Please contact us at info@fesoli.com for this as well.

After we receive and inspect the returned items, we process your refund within 7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
