Shipping policy
At Fesoli, we know that the moment you hold your new favourite fashion in your hands is just as important as the purchase itself. That's why we've designed our shipping process to be simple, reliable, and transparent — so your order arrives safely and without surprises.
Shipping within Switzerland is free of charge. That means no additional fees at checkout, just your chosen fashion items, carefully packaged and delivered directly to you. Shipping is currently limited to addresses within Switzerland, and every order is prepared with attention to detail.
Processing time
- Your order is usually prepared for shipping within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Total delivery time
- In most cases, you will receive your order within 4–9 working days.
Our daily shipping cut-off is at (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Zurich), Monday to Saturday. Orders received after this time will begin processing on the next working day.
Once your order leaves our premises, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to see exactly where your parcel is at any time. Although we do our best to meet delivery schedules, occasional delays can occur — for example during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical challenges. Should this happen, we will of course keep you informed.
